it was fun! since we trained about Kickings and Stamina Enhancing Drills
our trainor came up an idea
20 Kicks/Axe Kicks per 10 Seconds if you did'nt make it up to 20 you'll recieve a punishment of 10 Squats
Luckily, i throw 21 Kicks (right) and 20 Kicks (left) fast enough to beat the clock ;)
the next one would be AXE KICK! and guess what? i kicked 24 Kicks (Right) and 22 Kicks (Left)
fast enough to beat the clock ... again! haha
Ok so im exhausted (: i need to rest i still have a training tomorrow at 9:00am
